Activities We Cover

Subject to the general exclusions and relevant exclusions under each section of the policy. The following incidental, recreational, nonprofessional (amateur) and non-competitive activities are automatically covered. Please note the specific exclusions applying to some activities under Section I - Personal Liability. To establish if cover can be provided for any professional, competitive activities please refer to Campbell Irvine for a quotation, as an additional premium may be payable. 0207 938 1734

NOTE: No Personal Liability cover (Section I) if using a motorcycle, jet-ski or boat etc. You will need to ensure that separate motor/marine insurance is in place from the company the client is hiring from.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDED UNDER WINTER SPORTS PREMIUM

cross country skiing, snowboarding, mono skiing, skiing, snow sledging, skidooing and sleigh rides. Skiing and snowboarding off-piste is covered provided you are skiing within the boundaries of a recognised resort area designed for public use and are not skiing in areas marked out of bounds or hazardous by the piste authorities. Heli skiing is only covered as part of a pre-paid excursion led by professional guides. Tobogganing and snowmobiling are covered under Sections A, B & C but we will not cover any claims under any other section resulting from any bodily injury or damage to property that may arise from Your use of sledges, skidoos or powered vehicles of any kind. No cover is provided for any form of ski racing, ski jumping, ice hockey or any other extreme hazardous sports not specifically listed above.
