Who can Apply
The Traveller's Choice travel insurance policy is only available for persons, irrespective of their nationality, who reside or intend to reside for a period of not less than 3 months in the UK.

Single Trip Travel Insurance
The Traveller's Choice Single Trip Travel Insurance policy provides cover for any singular trip with specified dates and can be purchased for the following areas:
UNITED KINGDOM
Whilst insurance is available for holidays in the UK the Medical and Additional Expenses, In Patient Benefit and Criminal Injuries Benefit sections of the policy shall be inoperative.
EUROPE
Europe means the continent of Europe West of the Ural Mountains, and also countries bordering the Mediterranean, plus Iceland, Jordan, Madeira, the Canary, Azores and Mediterranean Islands.
WORLDWIDE excluding USA, Canada, and the Carribbean
WORLDWIDE including USA, Canada, and the Carribean
If you return home before your policy expiry date all cover ceases.
Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance
Our Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance will provide cover for as many trips within a 12 month period as the insured person requires, so long as each trip does not exceed the maximum trip duration selected (limited to 31 days if aged 66 to 74).
In addition, all children aged 18 years and below, or 20 years and below if in full-time education, who are named on the policy, can travel independently of their parents provided that they permanently resides at same address as the insured parent. Perfect for school trips abroad.
For any trip known to be exceeding the maximum duration selected, the entire period of travel will not be insured.
Winter Sports
If you wish to participate in winter sport activities, you can add the additional cover to either the Single Trip Travel Insurance or the Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance for an additional premium. This would also extend cover to include Section P: Winter Sports Extension, details of which can be found within the policy document.
14 Day Cooling Off Period
When purchasing either the Single Trip Travel Insurance or the Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. This allows you to read through the documentation carefully to ensure the policy is suitable for your requirements. Please note that if your travel commences within the 14 day cooling off period, you are only entitled to cancel up to the day before your departure.
Top-Up cancellation
The standard cover under both the Single Trip Travel Insurance and Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance is up to £5,000 per insured person. You can elect to increase this to £10,000 per person for an additional premium which will be calculated at the time of purchase.
